For greater precision requirements even in turning operations we have created the face driver with fixed center point and movable driving pins.
The system is applicable on all types of lathes.

FRB patented 4-blade

Featuring the FRB patented 4-blade mechanical balancing system, it can self-adjust to faces with irregularities up to 3 mm

Provided with fixed center, therefore the lengthwise references refer to the center apex

accurate machining

Thanks to the fixed center, it is ideal for extremely accurate machining and for unbalanced parts: “various type forging”

20% Lower Pressure

As the center is fixed, the pins will move toward the face of the part, operated by the cylinder that usually opens and closes the chuck. In this case, the pressure will always be 20% lower than that of the live center
