The machining zero point is defined by the centre of the chuck in the GPS 240 system. The chuck can be mounted on the machine table of any machine tool. The standardised hole pattern of the pallets allows clamping from below of workpieces, fixtures and accessories such as vices, three-jaw chucks and magnetic tables. This gives collision-free mounting, even with five-sided machining.

Dynafix
Dynafix as the basic means of fixing to the machine table gives unsurpassed flexibility in terms of workpiece size. Using chuck adapters provides access to practically every reference system in System 3R's extensive produkt range. Rapid, precise pallet changing in sizes from Ø25 mm to 400 x 400 mm in the same basic mounting – manually or automatically.
